Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to completion.
- Plan project activities, schedules, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Prepare project reports, schedules, quotations, documentation, and status updates.
- Follow up with site teams and ensure smooth execution of project activities.
- Track materials, manpower, and other project requirements.
- Identify project issues and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper project records and documentation.
- Ensure work is completed as per client requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and project stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
- Good project coordination and communication skills.




- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good follow-up, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CCTV and surveillance projects will be an added advantage.:
