Travel to customer locations (homes, offices etc.) in Mumbai and Pune
- On site measurement of premises using tools and preparing AutoCAD Floor Plan
- Perform non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a property using the latest tools
- Make sure the observations are correct, in detail and easy to understand
- Explain the observations to his/her superiors and/or customers if required.
- Recommend functional and other improvements to the inspection process and tools
- Recommend functional and other improvements to the inspection checklist.
- Use the prescribed tools while performing an inspection correctly and safely
- Use the recommended safety guidelines during the inspection
- Make sure that the inspection life cycle is completed.
- Freshers most welcome
- Civil Engineer (Diploma/Degree)
- Subject matter expertise and ready to learn new processes
- Demonstrate the willingness to learn quickly & upgrade knowledge/skills and abilities
- Demonstrate high process plus task orientation and adherence




- Ready to work in the startup workplace and handle multiple responsibilities
- Team Player
- Good communication skills
- Providing timely updates to Project Manager/HOD
