Job Description - Senior Production Coordinator (Apparel)

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Style Masters and Production Orders in the ERP system.
- Generate and manage UPCs while ensuring complete data accuracy.
- Review buy sheets, order recaps, and production-related documentation.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and overseas teams to resolve production-related issues.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Prepare production reports, dashboards, and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
- Perform quality checks on production data, including style setup, color codes, size scales, and other master data.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Production Coordinators to achieve operational objectives.
- Participate in and lead Microsoft Teams meetings with U.S.based teams, providing project updates, discussing production issues, and ensuring effective communication.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and production standards.





Qualifications
- Master's degree in Fashion, Apparel, Textile, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-12 years of experience in apparel production coordination, production planning, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Blue Cherry ERP experience is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the confidence to interact independently with international clients and U.S.based teams.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

Shift Time 1 pm to 10 pm. Monday to Friday from Office and Saturday Work from home for pending work.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000
