This Position reports to:
R&D; Team Lead

In this role, you will have the chance to initiate and drive technology, software, product, and/or solution development using in-depth technical expertise in a specific area. Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development (R&D;) for in-depth product or technology-related issues. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting strategic corporate technology management and future product/software/solution architecture.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Process Control Platform Division in Bangalore Location.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Design and develop scalable cloud-native and edge-enabled industrial software solutions using microservice architectures.




- Drive end-to-end product development from requirements analysis and architecture design through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Lead major technology initiatives, providing technical direction, mentorship, and architectural oversight to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product management, R&D; teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish and promote software engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural governance.
- Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD strategies, automated testing, and release management practices.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, observability, and maintainability of distributed systems.
- Champion cybersecurity principles, secure-by-design approaches, and compliance with industrial security standards.
