Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans for targeted areas.
- Identify potential clients through field visits, networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their security and facility management requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients; negotiate contracts to secure business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and client onboarding.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in business development,



preferably in security services, facility management, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with the Sangamner and nearby market areas is essential.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving licence is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,465.18 - ₹30,000.00 per month
