Key Responsibilities
- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting designs, equipment positioning, and piping schemes as per project requirements.:
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD tool.:
- Coordinate with project, site, and MEP teams to ensure design feasibility and site‑construction alignment.:
- Assist in load calculations, equipment selection, and basic sizing of AHUs, FCUs, chillers, ducts, and piping.:
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), technical submittals, and as‑built drawings.:
- Troubleshoot design issues and support modifications during project execution.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / HVAC / Refrigeration /MEP.:
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in HVAC / MEP.:
- Working knowledge of HVAC fundamentals (air conditioning, ventilation, ducting, piping).:
- Proficient in AutoCAD / Revit / CAD software; familiarity with basic HVAC design practices is preferred.:
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings and coordinate with other disciplines.
