Social Media Manager (Full-Time)

About Us

We're looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager who can build our brand, generate student leads, and grow our online presence across multiple platforms.

Role Overview

As our Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content that attracts students interested in studying abroad. You'll work closely with our counselling and marketing teams to convert attention into enquiries and admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Design graphics, reels, short-form videos, and carousel posts.
- Write compelling captions and calls-to-action.
- Plan and execute campaigns for study abroad intakes.
- Cover events, seminars, student success stories, and university visits.
- Coordinate with counsellors to create educational content.
- Monitor comments and messages and engage with followers.




- Analyze social media performance and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay updated with trends and implement viral content ideas.
- Collaborate with the paid marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for a business or agency.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Experience creating viral Reels and short-form video content.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Photography and videography skills are a strong advantage.
- Experience in education, EdTech, or overseas education is preferred.
