Mintree is hiring in Nagpur

This is an exciting prospect to join Mintree, a fast-growing beauty, personal care and wellness brand, backed by the Dewani Group and featured on Shark Tank India Season 3.

We are looking for smart, hands-on, ownership-driven people who are excited to grow with a business that is scaling fast.
- Own CRM adoption (Grahak or Zoho) across 50 sales reps with zero half-hearted data entry and zero

unused features
- Run daily morning and evening check-ins with the sales team covering attendance, activity tracking,

and motivation
- Track and reconcile all team expenses, travel claims, and reimbursements
- Manage the full order cycle: LOI, PO, invoice, RAF, factory dispatch, and delivery follow-ups
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards for the Sales Head
- Maintain and update customer, distributor, and channel partner databases
- Coordinate between the field team and internal departments including production, logistics, and finance
- Support target tracking and proactively flag gaps before they become misses
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, reviews, and internal call calendars
- Ensure all documentation is filed, accurate, and accessible at all times

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
