Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, training institutes, and corporate partners.
- Identify and onboard new B2B partners to expand the company's referral network.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, seminars, and workshops with partner institutions.
- Promote the company's study abroad programs, universities, scholarships, and admission opportunities.
- Generate quality student referrals through partner institutions.
- Coordinate with the counseling team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of referred students.
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, educational fairs, and networking events.
- Maintain regular communication with existing partners and ensure high levels of engagement.
- Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and business reports.
- Track partnership performance and achieve monthly referral and admission targets.
- Represent the company at education exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.




- Collaborate with internal marketing and admissions teams for promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and business development activities in the CRM.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new B2B partners onboarded each month.
- Number of institutional visits and meetings conducted.
- Student referrals generated through partners.
- Admissions converted from B2B channels.
- Revenue generated through partnerships.
- Partner retention and engagement rate.
- Event participation and successful execution.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B business development, public relations, or the study abroad industry.
- Experience in educational partnerships is highly preferred.
