Job description:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing / Paid Media Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.Key Responsibilities1. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop full-funnel paid media strategies for clients based on campaign objectives and business goals.
- Define target audiences, campaign objectives, platforms, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
- Conduct audience, competitor, and market research to develop effective targeting frameworks.
- Develop retargeting strategies for website visitors, video viewers, engagement audiences, and CRM lists.

2. Campaign Setup & Execution
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage audiences, upload creatives, configure placements, budgets, bidding, and campaign objectives.
- Ensure proper tracking,



pixel implementation, UTM configuration, and conversion setup before campaign launch.
- Monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot issues promptly.

3. Daily Campaign Monitoring & Optimisation
- Monitor all active campaigns daily for performance anomalies, delivery issues, budget pacing, and audience saturation.
- Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven optimisation decisions.
- Optimise bids, budgets, audiences, placements, creatives, and campaign structures.
- Maintain a detailed campaign change log documenting every major optimisation, rationale, and expected outcome.
- Monitor creative fatigue and declining performance and take corrective action.

4. Creative Strategy & A/B Testing
- Prepare performance-driven creative briefs for designers and video editors.
- Define hooks, ad formats, messaging, copy frameworks, CTAs, and testing hypotheses.
