Job Title: Jr. HR Executive

Location: Dharm Gold Estate, behind Tata Motors Showroom, opp. Madhav Party Plot, Patel Estate, Saktasanala, Morbi, Gujarat

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee documentation, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career HR professionals to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and employee joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Update HR databases and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement and administrative activities.




- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of HR documents.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Solid organizational and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (HR), MSW, PGDHRM, BBA, B.Com, or equivalent.
- Internship or prior experience in recruitment or HR operations.
