We are hiring Calling Agents / Telecallers for our growing Digital Marketing & Website Development Company.

Position: Calling Agent - US Process

Shift: Night Shift (US Timing)
Location: Kolkata

Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Promote website development and digital marketing services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Experience in international calling, sales, or lead generation is a plus.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
