Support business teams in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing

process improvement opportunities especially in production environment
- Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate the design and implementation of recent/improved process models and

organizational structures.
- Communicates and coordinates with business users, managers and solution

provider to ensure the integration of processes and modules across organization.
- Participates in the organization and facilitation of trainings, WebEx and

conference calls
- Assist in implementation of Ariba CIP
- Provide support and training to suppliers and internal users during and after

Ariba on-boarding
- Log (non-first level) users issue and resolution with SAP Ariba
- Updating of Ariba training manuals and videos due to changes in processes.
- Support in SG time zone 8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri).
- Monthly update of ASCENT PBI reporting
- Support Ariba wave onboarding & deboarding of suppliers
- Provide BAU support to suppliers and business users
