About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and discussions with managers
- Plan, create, and execute training programs for employees across departments
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
- Maintain training attendance, feedback records, and reports
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements
- Assist in onboarding current employees through induction and orientation sessions
- Maintain LMS platforms, training calendars, and learning content
- Coordinate with external trainers, agencies, and vendors as required
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and feedback documentation
- Track skill development and maintain employee learning dashboards
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in Training, Learning & Development, or similar HR role preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
