About the Role

We are hiring an Executive to run day-to-day operations for our brands (Man Matters, Be Bodywise, Little Joys) on

Flipkart, Shopsy and Flipkart Minutes. This is a hands-on role — you will be the person who makes sure our listings

are live, correct, and priced right, and that any issue on the platform gets fixed rapid. You will work closely with the

Flipkart P&L; owner and report on whats working and what needs attention.
- What You Will Do
- Catalogue Hygiene: Own the catalogue end-to-end — create and update product listings with SEO-friendly

titles, descriptions, and A+ content.
- Pricing Tracking: Check prices daily across all our SKUs. Track MRP vs selling price, watch competitor

pricing, and flag any mismatch or violation immediately.
- Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Handle Flipkart escalations, listing suppressions, account issues, and

operational hiccups with the flair of a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat.
- Listing Quality & F-Assured: Regularly check listing quality score and F-Assured tag status; fix whatever is





pulling either down — bad images, incomplete info, wrong attributes — and work to get F-Assured tag on all

products.
- Daily Sales Report: Float the daily sales report to the team on time, every day — numbers, trends, and any

flags leadership should know about.
- What You Bring to the Table
- 1 to 3 years of experience in ecommerce, ideally managing the Flipkart marketplace for D2C brands.
- Proven expertise in Flipkart catalogue management, pricing strategies, A content, and marketplace

algorithms.
- Basic understanding of Flipkart algorithms.
- Analytical mindset with a love for turning data into actionable insights.
- A go-getter attitude with a knack for multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience in health, beauty, or wellness categories on Flipkart.
