About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support our brand visibility, lead generation, and social media growth in the real estate space. This is a hands-on, performance-based internship — your results directly drive extension or a full-time offer.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content calendars (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Assist in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Support SEO efforts — keyword research, on-page optimization, blog content
- Create engaging creatives/copy in coordination with the design team
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports (reach, leads, CTR, CPL)
- Research market trends and competitor activity in real estate marketing




- Support lead generation efforts and coordinate with the sales team on quality follow-ups

Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, paid ads, and content creation
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics is a plus
- Good written communication and copywriting skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and engagement
- Willingness to learn fast and take ownership of campaigns
