Role Summary Responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the pet shop and pet spa, ensuring excellent customer service, sales support, inventory management, and seamless spa operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and recommend products and services.
- Handle POS transactions.
- Manage stock, inventory, and product displays.
- Schedule and manage grooming appointments.
- Coordinate with groomers and spa staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the store and spa.
- Check pets in and out of the spa.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
- Prepare daily sales and reports.
- Ensure pet safety and welfare at all times.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Organized, responsible, and proactive.
- Comfortable working with pets.
- Retail or pet industry experience is an advantage but not required.
