Yadom Life is building a new-age wellness brand inspired by products that have become household names across Asia. We're looking for a highly driven Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the founder on business strategy, operations, analytics, and high-impact growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and gaining hands-on exposure to building a startup from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, marketing, and overall business performance.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business summaries.
- Support operational execution across multiple business functions.
- Assist the founder with strategic projects and business initiatives.
- Research market trends, opportunities, and growth ideas.
- Support content research and planning.




- Work on cross-functional projects that directly contribute to business growth.

Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent research and critical thinking abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced startup environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or managing a personal project, startup, or business.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity.
- Interest in startups, consumer brands, business strategy, and entrepreneurship.
- Experience creating content or managing online communities is a plus.
