About this Role:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Test Automation and Quality Engineering leader to drive end-to-end automation strategy and delivery across multiple Vodafone markets, including UK, EVO, VBIT and Vodacom. This role combines technical depth with leadership capability, focusing on building scalable, AI-augmented automation ecosystems that enhance release velocity, quality outcomes and cost efficiency. The individual will lead enterprise-wide automation transformation by embedding AI, Generative AI and intelligent agents into up-to-date testing practices, aligning with Vodafone’s Customer, Growth and Simplicity priorities.
