Role Description This is a full-time, in office Project Sales Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Project Sales Engineer will identify and pursue project opportunities, prepare technical and commercial proposals,



and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for pumping and fluid engineering solutions. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients, consultants, and contractors; conducting site visits and need assessments; and recommending suitable products and systems. The role involves coordinating with internal engineering, procurement, and service teams to ensure timely project execution and after-sales support. The Project Sales Engineer will also track market trends, maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports, and contribute to achieving regional sales and profitability targets.

Qualifications
- Technical knowledge in electromechanical systems, fluid engineering, and pumping solutions, preferably including pumps, motors, valves, and related equipment.
- Experience in project-based sales, including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order finalization.
