Shifts:24*7 rotational shifts (strictly follow IBU boundaries of Thane)

Working days :5 days of working.

Week-off: Any 2 rotational week-offs

1. Responding to customers' queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

2. Providing customer service through phone calls.

3. Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.

1. Graduate qualification.

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
