Job Summary:
Stichwell Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, energetic, and highly organized HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, employee data management, recruitment coordination, attendance monitoring, and HR MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, employee databases, attendance records, and reports using Advanced MS Excel.
- Collect, verify, and update employee information from factory units and office locations.
- Visit factory units for HR-related data collection, attendance verification, document collection, and employee coordination.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports for management.
- Coordinate with various departments regarding attendance, leave, manpower, and HR documentation.




- Support payroll by ensuring timely collection and verification of attendance and employee data.
- Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills:
Mandatory

✔ Excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel _(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts, MIS Reporting, etc.)_

✔ Robust computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge

✔ Good written and spoken English

✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills

✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities

✔ Willingness to travel to factory locations for HR-related work

✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or HR-related qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience Required
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll Support, or HR Administration.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Fa
