Job Summary

Business Operations Staff Analyst drives end-to-end procurement operations, contractor and vendor lifecycle management, contracting coordination, and procurement governance. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient Procure-to-Pay (P2P) execution, compliance, spend visibility, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement intake and coordinate requests through procurement, legal, finance, and supplier onboarding processes.
- Execute and track Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities, including PR/PO management, approvals, invoicing, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate contractor onboarding, renewals, offboarding, and vendor management activities.
- Support contract administration, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and supplier onboarding.
- Maintain procurement dashboards, reporting, spend tracking, and compliance controls.
- Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
- Partner with business, HR, Finance, Legal,



and Procurement teams to support operational objectives and stakeholder needs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s /Master degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in procurement operations, vendor management, contractor administration, or related program management roles.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, procurement governance, and contract administration.
- Experience with PR/PO management, vendor onboarding, and procurement workflows.
- Proficiency with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba or equivalent tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting technology, engineering, or operations organizations.
- Knowledge of procurement compliance, supplier management, and spend governance.
