- Job Requirements:
The Logistics & Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall function of warehouse operations, inventory management,



dispatch planning, transportation coordination, and ensuring smooth material flow to support plant operations and customer requirements. The role includes day-to-day management of warehouse activities, logistics coordination, and supervision of warehouse and dispatch teams.

Responsibilities:
- Manage overall warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth inbound and outbound material movement.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock control, cycle counting, reconciliation, and system monitoring.
- Monitor and improve OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery performance to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Sales teams for timely dispatches and material availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse operational procedures.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse space utilizat
