Role Overview:
As a Content Operations and Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with content creators, video editors, and other teams to create, manage, and market compelling content. Your role will involve content research & planning, SEO focused content writing as well as creative content writing, coordinating & handling shoots, scripts, YouTube analytics driven content optimisation,



and ensuring seamless execution of diverse, energetic tasks, with a focus on growing our YouTube and Instagram presence.

Responsibilities:
- Content research and SEO-targeted keyword research along with content planning for various YouTube channels
- Collaborate with video creators to ideate and if required, write scripts for YouTube videos and Instagram content
- Work with editors to ensure videos are edited effectively, maintaining high quality and audience engagement
- Develop and implement content strategies to drive growth on YouTube and Instagram
- Write engaging captions, descriptions, titles, and other copy optimized for social platforms and SEO
- Manage content schedules, deadlines, and workflows across multiple projects and teams
- Conduct research to stay updated on content trends, platform trends, algorithms, and audience preferences
