Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team, focused on delivering high-quality network solutions and ongoing support for our clients. This role requires a strong technical foundation in enterprise networking, combined with a service-oriented mindset and a commitment to operational excellence.

This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. A passion for structured operations and continuous improvement is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Support customer-focused network projects, including technical planning, execution, and project-related discussions with customers.
- Perform day-to-day network security support, including upgrades, patching, and policy tuning, primarily in Fortinet environments, Aruba and Cisco environments.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances.
- Conduct network assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.




- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Document configurations, procedures, and build network diagrams.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated network and security issues.
- Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance as needed.
- Available for after-hours escalations and change windows.
- Ability to multi-task, pivot quickly, and understand “sense of urgency.”
- Support network-related projects such as firewall refreshes, upgrades, and client onboarding activities.

Assist with project implementation tasks, including configuration changes, testing, and post-change validation.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience with enterprise networking background.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer); Cisco and Aruba Networks.
- Robust experience with Aruba LAN and Aruba
