SSC is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Accounting & Financial Reporting Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours. We are looking for someone who is proactive, effective, analytical, and comfortable using the latest AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify student attendance and ensure billing is accurate based on attendance records.
- Review lesson notes and attendance to ensure invoices are complete and compliant.
- Prepare invoices and reconcile billing records.
- Generate weekly and monthly financial and operational reports.
- Prepare financial reports, projections, forecasts, and budget reports for management.
- Analyze data and identify trends to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and AI-powered tools.
- Utilize AI tools to automate tasks, generate reports, and improve business processes.




- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.

Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with attendance-based billing, education, healthcare, or service organizations is a plus.
