- This role will be highly consultative requiring technical communication to non-technical people.
- Documentation and validation skills are the cornerstone of this role.
- As a high volume of requests from multiple sources are the norm in this position, prioritization and time management skills are the key to success.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years experience in a Security Support Role
- 4+ years experience with Windows and Powershell
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
- Ability to use and write
