Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool center.

Ensure smooth execution of academic and administrative activities.

Manage admissions, parent interactions, and student retention.

Lead, mentor, and support teachers and support staff.

Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and discipline.

Plan and organize events, parent meetings, and school activities.

Coordinate with management to achieve enrollment and operational goals.

Monitor student progress and ensure a nurturing learning workplace.

Handle inquiries and convert leads into admissions.

Maintain records, reports, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria





Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or any relevant field.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in preschool operations, school administration, or center management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Prior experience in preschool or early childhood education will be preferred.
