About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Creative Team to ensure smooth daily operations and timely project delivery.
- Review and approve graphic designs, videos, social media creatives, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Academic, and Management teams to understand creative requirements.
- Plan and oversee content production for social media, websites, advertisements, events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline communication materials.
- Monitor creative trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to drive innovation.
- Manage project timelines, task allocation, and workflow within the creative team.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team members to improve performance and creativity.




- Ensure all creative assets meet quality standards and are delivered within deadlines.
- Collaborate with video production and content teams for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Drive process improvements and maintain efficient creative workflows.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Creative Management, Graphic Design, Branding, Content Creation, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns, branding projects, and marketing materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and content marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and quality.

Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
- Experience with Canva, Figma, and other design
