About the position





The Engineering Design Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating engineering design activities across greenfield and brownfield projects, ensuring that design deliverables are technically sound, cost-effective, constructible, and aligned with business, safety, and operational requirements. This role provides design leadership, technical assurance, resource planning, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement of design processes, tools, standards, and quality practices.

The Engineering Design Manager works closely with discipline engineering leads, project managers, vendors, contractors, and senior management to ensure design priorities are aligned, technically assured, and effectively delivered.
