Position: Team Leader - Operations (Outbound Sales)

5 Years in Outbound Sales

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of outbound sales executives.
Monitor daily performance, productivity, and sales targets.
Conduct coaching sessions, call audits, and performance reviews.
Drive revenue generation through effective sales strategies.
Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Prepare MIS reports and provide operational insights.
Handle escalations and support the team in achieving KPIs.

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO outbound sales process.
✔ Strong leadership and people management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
