What does the job entail?:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of Defence Affinity accounts, ensuring strong relationships and revenue growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and expand Defence Affinity business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Defence Affinity sector, through market research and analysis.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in Defence Affinity segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings.
- Analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve sales strategies and tactics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Defence Affinity decision-makers and influencers.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory and industry changes affecting the Defence Affinity sector.
- Manage and track sales pipeline,



ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.

Essential Qualification:
Graduation
