- Sell engineering design and drafting services including:
- 2D Drafting
- 3D CAD Modeling
- Engineering Drawings
- Mechanical Design Support
- Product Design Services
- Reverse Engineering
- CAD Conversion Services
- As-Built Drawings
- Manufacturing Drawings
- Understand customer engineering requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals.
- Conduct client presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and service agreements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, engineering companies, and manufacturing organizations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.





Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in Engineering Services or CAD Services.
- Proven experience selling engineering drafting or CAD design services.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and CAD workflows.
- Experience working with manufacturing or engineering clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing enterprise clients and key accounts.
- Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX, Inventor, or similar (functional understanding is sufficient).
- Experience selling Product Engineering Services (PES) or Engineering R&D; services.
