Key Accountabilities
- Support the implementation and delivery of digital products and solutions, ensuring successful client adoption
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across operations
- Contribute to automation and process standardisation initiatives, leveraging digital tools and AI capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support project delivery and client outcomes
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and client presentations to communicate insights effectively
- Interact with clients to support implementation, configuration, and best practices
- Support training and enablement for internal teams and client stakeholders
