Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Coordinator

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks.
- Prepare, review, and release client invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions, credit card statements, and company accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Track employee attendance, including half-day and full-day calculations for payroll processing.
- Communicate with clients regarding invoices, payments, and account-related matters.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee records management.
- Prepare financial reports, account reconciliations, and management summaries.
- Support administrative and office operations as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance.




- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (mandatory).
- Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Good understanding of payroll processing and attendance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, or service-based industries is an asset.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,043.86 - ₹15,000.00 per month
