Welcome students and visitors professionally. Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in enquiries. Counsel students about language courses and guide them through the admission process. Follow up with prospective students. Manage student records and appointment schedules. Maintain office files and perform basic administrative tasks. Coordinate with trainers and other staff members.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Well-organized, responsible, and professional.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Experience in reception, counselling, or customer service will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits Salary:
₹12000-₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
