Content Manager — Organic Content | Fight The Sunrise

About the Role

You'll own the organic content engine for Fight The Sunrise — from understanding our audience and brand to planning, producing, and publishing content that builds awareness, engagement, community, and trust.

Your job is to turn ideas, expertise from our coaches, member stories, fitness insights, and trends into a consistent pipeline of high-quality organic content across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

You're not a performance marketer, videographer, or social media poster. You're the person who brings everything together — what we should say, why we should say it, how we should present it, and when it should go out.

The role requires robust content instincts, excellent organisation, and the ability to work closely with coaches, editors, designers, and the wider FTS team.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the monthly organic content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.




- Plan and deliver a consistent pipeline of 20-30+ organic content pieces per month, including reels, carousels, educational content, coach-led videos, member stories, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and brand-led content.
- Work closely with coaches and the FTS team to identify useful, authentic, and engaging content opportunities.
- Develop content ideas, themes, hooks, formats, and creative directions based on audience interests and brand priorities.
- Create clear briefs for scriptwriters, coaches, editors, designers, and other contributors.
- Coordinate shoots and content sessions with coaches while ensuring mínimal disruption to their training schedules.
- Own the content pipeline from idea → brief → scripting → shooting → editing → review → publishing.
- Review all content before publishing to ensure quality, accuracy, tone, visual consistency, and alignment with the FTS brand.
