Job Description - Social Media & Content Executive

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, especially Instagram.
- Plan and create engaging Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, and other social media content.
- Handle end-to-end content creation, including concept development, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Shoot creative videos and Reels using a smartphone or camera.
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Express, or similar software.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand as its face when required.
- Develop creative hooks, scripts, captions, and content ideas.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral sounds, formats, hashtags, and trending topics.
- Create and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media performance,



engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Analyze content performance and suggest new ideas to improve engagement and reach.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, and communication across platforms.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Hands-on experience with Reels shooting, editing, and content creation.
- Good creative and storytelling skills.
- Confident and comfortable facing the camera.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage content from idea to execution.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to identify and adapt quickly to emerging social media trends.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads is an added advantage.
- Experience in Influencer
