Strong expertise in BOQ, billing, measurement verification, and QA/QC standards
- Knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and practical experience in Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) calculations
- Understanding of contracts, tendering, and rate analysis
- Strong documentation, reporting, and audit handling skills
- Ensure accuracy in contractor billing, site measurements, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory requirements
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
