Paid Ads Manager - Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads

We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Manager / Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Create effective campaign structures, audiences, and targeting strategies
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Lead Generation, Remarketing, and Conversion campaigns:
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, GA4, GTM, and Conversion API:
- Conduct keyword and competitor research
- Create and test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, and offers
- Set up retargeting and remarketing campaigns:
- Monitor campaign performance daily
- Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL, CPA, CPC and improve ROAS:
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently
- Identify campaign problems and take corrective actions
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports




- Provide recommendations for improving lead quality and conversion rates
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and landing pages

- Experience handling multiple client accounts will be an advantage
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Agency experience is preferred
