Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in project development
- Prepare drawings, layouts, and presentation material
- Support design development and detailing
- Create 3D models and render outputs
- Coordinate internally with the design team
Requirements:
Option 1 - Fresher
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Strong design aptitude
- Strong SketchUp and 3D visualization skills preferred
Option 2 - Experienced Junior Architect
- 2-3 years of skilled experience
- Experience in residential projects preferred
- Ability to assist in project handling and drawing coordination
- Strong SketchUp and rendering workflow understanding preferred
Preferred Skills
- Robust SketchUp proficiency
- Good 3D rendering capability
- Understanding of AI-assisted rendering workflows
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Ability to create quick and high-quality presentation visuals
Salary Range
- Fresher: Up to ₹15,000/month
- 2-3 years experience: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000/month
- Salary may vary depending on skill set and portfolio
