Business process analysis Assist in data analysis to support identification of domain-specific change areas.

Market research & benchmarking Support market research and benchmarking study to identify industry trends and alternate third party products wherever applicable.





Optimization Initiatives Assist in identifying improvement areas across processes and functions to enhance process performance and solution delivery.

Technical Documentation Support in translating technical specifications into clear, user-oriented documentation and communication materials to form base for implementation.
