You Will Make an Impact By:
- Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for IT systems and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
- Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure all systems are functioning optimally.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT solutions.
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records.
