Compensation & Role Details
- Salary Structure: Fixed Monthly Salary + Target-Based Incentives
- Time Commitment: 2 Hours per day
- Work Days: 5 Days a week
- Location: 100% Remote / Work from Home

Available 2-Hour Time Slots (Choose Any One):
- 06:00 PM - 08:00 PM IST
- 08:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST
- 10:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST
- 12:00 AM - 02:00 AM IST
- 02:00 AM - 04:00 AM IST
- 04:00 AM - 06:00 AM IST

Requirements:
- Experience: 5 to 10 Years of experience in US Sales / International Outbound Process (mandatory).
- Target-Oriented: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the US market.




- Mandatory Commitment: Daily 2-hour active login during the assigned slot and attendance in all onboarding/training sessions.
- Skills: High-level verbal English communication, cold calling expertise, and objection-handling/closing skills.
- Tech Essentials: Laptop/PC with a high-speed stable internet connection and noise-canceling headset.
