- Age: 25 to 45 years
- Minimum 1 year experience in the security services/security force industry
- Valuable communication and marketing skills
- Ability to supervise security personnel and manage client relationships
- Knowledge of field operations and team coordination
- Must be based in or willing to work in Jalgaon

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor security staff deployment
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Generate new business opportunities
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Prepare reports and coordinate with managementQualifications
