Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Provide onsite technical support to users.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot basic networking devices such as routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Maintain service reports and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel locally if required.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Desktop Support, CCTV, and Basic Networking.
- Lodging will be provided by the company.
