Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet sales targets.
- Generate current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Conduct customer meetings, negotiations, and close high-value deals.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth project execution.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate sales executives.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer issues.




- Maintain CRM records and sales documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
- 5-10 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
