Interior Project Manager - Job Description Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and execution-oriented Interior Project Manager to manage residential interior projects from design closure to final handover. The role requires robust coordination, client handling, site management, vendor follow-up, and execution planning skills to ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality standards.
The Project Manager will act as the bridge between clients, designers, production teams, vendors, supervisors, and installers to ensure smooth project execution and overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Planning
- Take complete ownership of projects after design finalization.
- Prepare execution schedules and track project milestones.
- Coordinate with design, production, factory, and installation teams.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily progress and proactively resolve execution challenges.
- Track timelines and ensure timely project completion.
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact during execution phase.
- Maintain regular communication and provide project updates to clients.
- Handle client concerns professionally and manage expectations effectively.
- Coordinate approvals and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
Site Management
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Ensure site readiness before installation activities.
- Monitor quality of execution and finishing standards.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and other site teams when required.
- Ensure execution aligns with approved designs and company standards.
Vendor & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, supervisors, and installers.
- Follow up on production, dispatches, and material deliveries.
- Ensure smooth coordination between factory and site teams.
- Escalate delays or risks proactively to management.
