Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge and Presentation: Master the features and benefits of our decorative glass products.
Present products to customers in an engaging and informative manner.
Customize presentations based on customer needs.
Sales Process Efficiency: Follow a structured sales process from lead to closure.
Manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics.
Negotiation Skills: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers.
Balance customer requirements with business goals.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home decor or construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
